The Exciting part of this cover is that it appears to have been re-posted from RAF Post Room Ballykelly

and has Limavady Co Londonderry Ulster '71 Festival Slogan (dated 18 JNE 1971 you have to look close to see)
 I have tried to find any details of this slogan and date of use, but my specialist Slogan book stops at 1969

It also is not listed in any of the other main or specialist guides

Super item and could be unique!
